What do you use for seam sealer?

Postby Drift_240 on Wed Jul 30, 2008 1:45 pm

So im hoping to not have all of my hard work rust out in a few weeks so I'm wondering what to use as seam sealer.

I'm planning on using white silicone sealer but I thought you guys might have some suggestions.

POR 15 and don't create any seams. The problem isn't so much the seam sealer as it is there beinge a seam to begin with. It is pretty difficult to seal the whole seam, moisture gets in no matter what. Then the sealer seals the moisture from getting out, making it worse. I use POR 15 (or equivalent product) and eliminate seams wherever feasible.
